Job Title: Trainee Recruitment
Job Location: Vadodara Gujarat
Job Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST/7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST (night shift)

Key responsibilities:

1. Recruitment is the selection process of consultants (candidates) for US companies or clients from their hometowns.
2. Sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical/non-technical roles for our clients. It will include end to end recruitment process.
3. Forming a network - online and offline, with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure that we attract the best professionals.
