Education Counselor is a key frontline role in our business with huge growth opportunities with both domestic and international opportunities. The opportunity begins with a rigorous 9-week paid training period followed by absorption into a permanent role on successful completion.
Key responsibilities:
1. Provide professional and quality counseling service that exceeds customer and client expectations
2. Work on achieving student invoice targets by intake and assigned destination
3. Support execution of the destination-wise activity calendars to deliver pipeline leads and conversion targets by intake
4. Build strong client support through 100% compliance with application processes
5. Provide assistance and support to the office team and office managers by exhibiting a collaborative operating style thereby building team spirit
6. Implement global priority projects at the country/office effectively
