Key responsibilities:

1. Brainstorming new product concepts and developing them through the design process
2. Creating designs and models based on company needs and specifications
3. Participating in the development and review of prototypes, manuals, and production specifications
4. Collaborating with other toy design professionals to develop innovative solutions and strategies
5. Assisting the team in maintaining timelines and budgets for projects
6. Keeping up to date with the latest trends in wooden toy design and materials
