Tibco Support Job

At least 6-9 years of experience in TIBCO Business Works / BPM administration and EMS administration and Hawk.
Experience in using messaging standards such as JMS EMS.
Expertise in configuration, installation, performance tuning, implementation and maintenance of Tibco Integration Platform
Experience in Installation, Trouble shooting and support of Tibco products.
Administration of TIBCO BW for monitoring and deployment of the TIBCO BW Application
If any error comes in TIbco components then analysing issues by using Database logs.
Providing Technical solution to issues where code improvement needed.
Incident management - handling / assigning support tickets and ensuring that the SLA is met.
Contribute 24 x 7 support of the production environment on a follow the sun and rotational basis.
Good knowledge on Oracle DB
