Territory Sales Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Working on achieving the revenue target
2. Working on meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets of territory and monitoring SCF (sales correction form) and taking care of collection and outstanding payment
3. Meeting with doctors and generating prescriptions within the specified territory
4. Handling relationship-building with key clients and doctors
5. Working on generating sales and providing new leads by detailing our USP
6. Developing new collection centers and managing existing collection centers
7. Assisting with the standardization of the franchisee model starting with the layout of infra, services, branding, marketing POPs & launch methods
8. Working on providing support to the existing branches like marketing support and brand building activities, etc.
9. Managing on engaging franchisee partners to make them target-oriented
10. Working on having market awareness & market intelligence and servicing improvement suggestions to superiors
11. Handling intra-department coordination for the smooth running of the territory
