Key responsibilities:
1. Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients through telephone and face-to-face contact
2. Identifying potential customers and generating leads for sales
3. Maintaining records of customer contacts, conversations, and orders
4. Explaining products or services to prospects and following up on existing customer inquiries
5. Making cold calls to potential prospects and booking an appointment
6. Sending follow-up emails and schedule meetings
7. Analyzing market trends and identifying areas of potential growth for the business
Required:
1. The ideal candidate should have excellent English proficiency (written and spoken) and a proven track record in the telemarketing industry
2. You must be organized, professional, and highly motivated to achieve success
3. B2B telesales experience preferred
4. Candidates from Bengaluru and Pune are preferred
