Telesales Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Initiate outbound cold calls to prospective customers and promote the purchase of our portfolio brand products through e-commerce platforms, such as Amazon
2. Introduce and highlight the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our products to potential customers
3. Provide detailed information about product specifications, pricing, and availability
4. Actively listen to customer needs, address concerns, and respond to product-related queries
Persuade customers to make a purchase, emphasizing the value proposition of our brand and products
5. After purchase, encourage customers to leave positive reviews on e-commerce platforms, particularly on Amazon
6. Clearly communicate the importance of customer reviews and their impact on our brand reputation
7. Guide customers through the review process, providing instructions and assistance as needed
8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and sales activities, and review requests using CRM or other sales tools
9. Collaborate with the e-commerce team to stay updated on product inventory, promotions, and marketing initiatives
10. Continuously expand product knowledge and keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
11. Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to improve marketing strategies and product offerings
12. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
