Telecaller (Marathi Speaking) Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
2. Identify customer needs, offer suitable products or services, and provide accurate information.
3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and effectively communicate product benefits.
4. Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline through the sales cycle.
5. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
6. Maintain customer records, including contact information and call logs, in the CRM system.
7. Handle customer queries, and objections, and provide appropriate solutions.
8. Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
9. Collaborate with team members and participate in sales meetings.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a telesales executive or similar sales/customer service role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and handle rejection.
5. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
