The telecaller is responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting products or services, addressing inquiries, and securing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the sales.
2. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
3. Handle grievances to preserve the customer.
4. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
5. Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
6. Gather customer feedback and report to the management for service improvement.
7. Follow up with customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Noida and neighboring cities
A. Education: A degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
B. Skills and abilities:
1. Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
4. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,15,000 /year
