Telecaller Job

Are you a talented communicator with a passion for health and wellness? Saffron4health is looking for a Telecaller to join our dynamic team! As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to promote our products and services. Your role will involve speaking with customers in both English and Hindi, so proficiency in both languages is a must. Additionally, you should be comfortable using MS-Excel and MS-Office to track and manage customer interactions. Strong time management skills and effective communication are also essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Saffron4health products and services.
2. Engage with customers in English and Hindi to effectively communicate product benefits.
3. Utilize MS-Excel to track and update customer information and interactions.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
6. Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets to contribute to team success.
7. Continuously improve communication and sales skills through training and development opportunities.
