Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior Telecaller to join our team in Ernakulam or Thrissur. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be responsible for handling calls and engaging with clients to understand their needs.

Work closely with the team to improve service and meet company goals.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively address client questions and concerns.
