We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated telecaller cum counselor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers/students/clients, providing information about our products/services, and counseling them to make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for helping others.
Key responsibilities:
Telecalling:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers/students/clients to promote products/services
2. Generate leads and convert them into sales/applications/enrolments
3. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
4. Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products/services
Counselling:
1. Provide guidance and support to customers/students/clients regarding products/services
2. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
3. Address customer concerns and resolve issues
4. Conduct needs assessment and provide recommendations
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
