4. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to placement.
5. Follow up with candidates to gather feedback on their interview experience and address any issues that may arise.
6. Act as a brand ambassador for AIR HR Solutions by promoting our services and values to prospective candidates.
7. Continuously improve your communication skills and stay updated on industry trends to better serve our clients and candidates.
