Our 'Market Development' team serves as an essential link between our customers and members, bringing in revenue for the firm. Our team is further subdivided into smaller teams like 'Renewals', 'HVM (High-Value Memberships)', 'Hubs', and 'Retail Centers'. While they might be spread across various locations where our office exists, but they are united by one cause; "What is the sale for today?"
Key responsibilities:
1. Making outbound calls to the members of Shaadi.com based on the leads provided, and offering the customers products that would help them in the search for a life partner.
2. Following the defined sales process to convert free members into revenue-paying customers.
3. Ensuring that the call disposition comments are updated once the call is completed with all relevant details.
4. Making a required amount of calls to follow up with inquiries that are not converted.
5. Updating the details of follow-up in the system regularly.
6. Meeting for daily talk time and discussing the targets and calls that are required to be done.
7. Meeting the revenue targets and ensuring that the lead-to-conversion ratios are met.
8. Appearing for periodic evaluations.
9. Interfacing with walk-in customers (if assigned the task), explaining to them the features/services of Shaadi.com/Centre, and converting them for our premium membership.
10. Maintaining all documentation that pertains to the above responsibilities.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. The candidate must have strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
2. The candidate must possess effective communication skills – both verbal and written.
3. The candidates must have clear diction and clarity in speech.
4. The candidate must have the minimum qualification of HSC.
5. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree are preferred.
6. Candidates with fluency in the regional language are preferred.
