Telecaller Fresher Job

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven telecaller to join our team. The telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads, promote our products or services, and close sales deals. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be persuasive, and have a positive attitude toward achieving set targets.

Key responsibilities:

1. Contact potential customers via telephone to promote our products or services
2. Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and respond to their queries
3. Understand customer needs and requirements and provide appropriate solutions
4. Identify and overcome objections to sales by using persuasive communication skills
5. Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with prospective clients
6. Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and to maintain long-term relationships
7. Keep records of calls and sales and update the customer database with relevant information
8. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service or sales role
2. Excellent communication skills with a clear and confident voice
3. Ability to convince and persuade customers using effective communication skills
4. A positive attitude towards achieving sales targets
5. Proficient in using MS Office and customer management software
6. Ability to work in a team environment
7. High school diploma or equivalent
