About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop an understanding and awareness of WWF India's work
2. Make calls to donors and explain WWF India's work to members in a clear and interesting way
3. Manage and develop long-term relationships with the donor and upgrade them up in the donor pyramid
4. Generate WWF India's revenue through maintaining individual contacts
5. Upscale the production and turn primary data into secondary
6. Meet as many individual donors as possible and also upscale the production and turn primary data into secondary

Requirements:

1. Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA from any recognized university
2. Excellent English communication skills with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them
3. Highly performance-oriented and able to work in a team
4. Energy and drive to inspire people and promote WWF-India's work

Note: WWF-India is seeking fundraisers to join its tight-knit team. In this role, the fundraiser will use expert communication skills and a keen sense of initiative to spot fundraising opportunities, develop relationships with potential donors, and manage fundraising campaigns.
