Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients using a provided list or database
2. Introduce and explain the details of the school to prospective customers.
3. Answer questions and address concerns effectively
4. Record and maintain accurate records of calls, including customer information and call outcomes
5. Follow-up with customers or clients as needed
6. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume
7.Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
8. Collaborate with team members and share feedback to improve call scripts and strategies

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, sales, or fundraising is a plus
2. Good verbal communication skills and the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone
3. Strong listening and negotiation skills
4. Basic computer skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Results-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets
