Proven experience as a technical support specialist or similar role
Strong knowledge of website to app conversion process
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical customers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with help desk software and ticketing systems
Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with chat and meeting/call platforms
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 /year
