3. Maintain and monitor ERP project plans, project schedules, and work hours
4. Assist users in all aspects of ERP system use
5. Manage the configuration and operation of on-premises ERP systems; provide technical support for ERP and software issues
6. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
7. Document and follow up on important actions and decisions
8. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer s requests
