Technical Recruiter Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Working on end to end process of recruitment
2. Understanding requirements and accordingly executing a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement
3. Sourcing candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases, job boards, head-hunting, and networking
4. Engaging candidates for strategically positioning job opportunities
5. Counseling candidates to assist them in taking the right decision
6. Understanding candidates profiles to evaluate role fitment (screening & shortlisting)
7. Building and strengthening candidate relationships to be able to network and headhunt passive job seekers
8. Managing scheduling and coordination related activities in the entire recruitment process
9. Building and strengthening relationships to be able to streamline and improve service delivery
10. Taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
11. Conducting market mapping exercises regularly to assess the talent availability

2. Excellent ability to connect and interface with professionals
3. Ability to interface with clients and manage transactions
4. Good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills
