Key responsibilities:

1. Client & Partner Engagement
- Conduct weekly and monthly communication with partners to understand expectations and provide necessary updates.
2. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives, ensuring sales targets and performance goals are met.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
3. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Identify and act on sales opportunities to drive business growth.
4. Performance Monitoring & Training
- Evaluate individual and team performance, providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment to encourage teamwork, creativity, and professional growth.
5. Market Analysis & Competitor Insights
- Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to refine sales strategies.
