Job Purpose
The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Executives, driving sales performance, and ensuring smooth operations within their assigned unit. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, a proven track record in sales management, and the ability to motivate and mentor their team to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Provide guidance and coaching to team members to enhance their sales techniques and customer relationship management skills.
Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance evaluations.
Collaborate with the Sales Executives to identify sales opportunities, develop sales strategies, and close deals.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of sales orders and customer requests.
Coordinate with other departments such as operations and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and progress updates to senior management.
