We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to oversee our aviation supply chain division. The successful candidate will manage a team of over 20+ ensuring efficient operation and strategic management of our aviation supply logistics. This role requires a proactive leader with a robust understanding of the aviation industry's supply chain dynamics and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and team cohesion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of 20+ professionals, ensuring optimal performance and smoother operations.
2. Oversee the procurement, logistics, and distribution processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
3. Manage and coordinate the smooth internal flow between departments to ensure efficient operations and no carry-forward work.
4. Resolve any queries and address all bottlenecks in workflow to maintain continuous process improvement.
5. Ensure that all procurement, queries, and supply-chain processes are managed effectively, with responsibilities properly delegated and accountability maintained.
6. Collaborate with senior management to set departmental priorities and allocate resources effectively.
7. Ensuring the completion of all tasks by the end of the day to maintain workflow consistency and adhere to deadlines, as well as, managing and consolidating daily reports efficiently.
Qualifications:
1. Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or related field.
2. Proven experience in a leadership role with experience managing teams.
This position offers a three-month probation period with a monthly salary of 20,000 INR. After completing probation, the cost to the company (CTC) may increase by 70%-150%, based on performance.
