Teacher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct initial assessments to determine students' English proficiency levels and specific needs
2. Design and implement individualized study plans tailored to each student's learning style and goals
3. Provide engaging lessons focused on IELTS exam techniques, strategies, and practice
4. Offer constructive feedback on practice tests and assignments to guide students' improvement
5. Monitor and track student progress, adjusting teaching methods and materials as needed
6. Create a supportive learning environment that fosters participation and confidence
7. Stay up-to-date with changes in the IELTS exam format and resources to provide accurate information
8. Conduct workshops or group sessions on specific IELTS components (e.g., Writing Task 1 and 2, Speaking strategies)
9. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance students' overall learning experience

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field (TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus)
2. Proven experience teaching IELTS preparation courses with successful student outcomes
3. Strong understanding of IELTS exam structure, scoring criteria, and effective teaching methods
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students
5. Proficiency in using technology and online teaching tools to enhance learning experiences
6. Ability to adapt teaching styles to diverse learning preferences
