4. Strive to meet and exceed individual and store-wide sales goals by providing excellent customer service and closing sales
5. Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, store inventory, and new arrivals to offer accurate styling suggestions and product information
6. Assist customers in the fitting rooms by offering additional sizes, alternatives, and feedback to enhance the shopping experience
7. Ensure the store is well-stocked, neatly presented, and aligns with visual merchandising standards to maximize sales potential
8. Work closely with the Store Manager and fellow team members to provide consistent, high-quality customer service
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred
2. Strong interest in fashion and styling with the ability to understand customer preferences
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude
