Qualifications and Skills

8-10 years of experience in Store Management
Expertise in Inventory Management and Visual Merchandising
Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer interactions
Proven leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team
Sound understanding of retail operations and store management practices
Thorough product knowledge in diamond jewellery industry

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the operations of the new store
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Maintain inventory and monitor stock levels
Train and develop staff to enhance performance
Jewellery experience is preferred
Responsible for achievement of sales for the showroom
