As a STEM Facilitator, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences that empower children to explore the world of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. You will use your expertise in teaching, mathematics, and design thinking to inspire curiosity and critical thinking in young minds.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement hands-on STEM activities that align with the curriculum and educational goals.
2. Facilitate engaging lessons that incorporate real-world problems and encourage collaboration among students.
3. Provide individualized support to students to ensure understanding and mastery of STEM concepts.
4. Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate STEM into the overall educational program.
5. Evaluate and assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
6. Organize and oversee STEM events, competitions, and workshops to showcase student achievements.
7. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in STEM education to continuously improve program offerings.
