We are looking for a skilled Testing Engineer (Automation) with expertise in functional testing, load testing, UI testing, software testing, website testing, and UI/UX testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications by thoroughly testing their functionality, performance, and user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and automate testing frameworks: Build scalable automation frameworks from scratch and create automated regression test suites using tools like TestNG, Selenium WebDriver, Postman, and Newman for both UI and API testing.
2. Test execution and reporting: Execute functional, regression, and load tests, reporting results through tools like JIRA and TestRail. Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality standards.
3. CI/CD integration and agile collaboration: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and collaborate closely with development teams in Agile environments.
4. Continuous improvement and mentorship: Continuously optimize test processes and automation frameworks, while mentoring junior team members in best practices for automation and debugging.
5. Version control and documentation: Use Git/GitHub for managing automation code and maintain clear documentation for test cases, scripts, and results.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Preferred Skills:
1. At least 1-3 years of proven experience in automation testing, including expertise in TestNG, Selenium WebDriver, and Core Java.
2. Extensive experience in developing automation frameworks from scratch, including data-driven and keyword-driven testing frameworks.
3. Hands-on experience in regression testing, including the development and maintenance of automated regression test suites.
4. Strong knowledge and experience with Postman for API testing and Newman for automation of API tests.
5. Proficiency in version control tools such as Git and GitHub for managing automation code.
6. Experience in integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for continuous testing during the development lifecycle.
7. In-depth understanding of functional testing, UI testing, and load testing with tools such as JMeter.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot automation failures and report issues clearly.
9. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including working in Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software products.
10. Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) for tracking and reporting test progress and issues.
