Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Associate at Poddar Diamonds in Mumbai. The Social Media Associate will be responsible for managing social media content creation, marketing, and writing tasks on a daily basis.

1. Content Creation: Develop engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms.
2. Posting and Scheduling: Plan and schedule posts to maintain a consistent online presence.
3. Community Management: Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to build relationships.
4. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and report on key metrics.
5. Social Listening: Monitor brand mentions and trends to adjust strategies as needed.
6. Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
7. Research and Trends: Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activities.
