Key responsibilities:

1. Deliver on-time, error-free, and in-full content as per customers' requirements
2. Own the subject curriculum framework, guidelines, matrix, and content quality
3. Ensure judicious cascading of information in a timely manner
4. Review content and share feedback on a regular basis
5. Propose solutions to new requirements considering the upstream and downstream impact
6. Articulate the key problem and solution statements
7. Focus on processes for dialing up quality
8. Ensure skill development and professional growth of team members

Education qualification:

1. Graduate/Postgraduate in science preferred

Knowledge:

1. Sound science content knowledge for primary grades
2. An understanding of different pedagogical methods, Bloom's taxonomy, and curriculum frameworks including NCF
3. Exposure to SSC and CBSE education board content and related products available in the market
