Roles & Responsibilities

Handling the customer complaints on email & Phone Calls

Solving the customer complaints by arranging the service technician pan India.

Preparing service technicians scheduling.

Offering AMC & Spare Parts quotations to Customers.

Making the Invoices in SAP & CRM.

Coordinating with customers on order readiness & dispatch.

Coordinating with the factory team for material requirements.

Follow up on outstanding payments.

Maintaining Various MIS Reports.

Requirement
Candidates with good communication skills & graduates are more preferable.
Should have atleast 2-3 yrs of experience in service industry.
Immediate joiners are preferable.
