Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop customized travel itineraries for clients, ensuring a seamless and memorable journey.
2. Design innovative holiday packages that cater to a variety of traveler preferences and budgets.
3. Demonstrate exceptional written communication skills in English to craft engaging content for promotional materials and client correspondence.
4. Utilize strong verbal communication skills in English to interact with clients, vendors, and colleagues to ensure successful trip planning and execution.
5. Proficiently use MS Excel to organize and manage travel arrangements, budgets, and schedules with precision.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, destinations, and best practices to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
7. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations.
8. Plan and customize international travel itineraries for clients (individuals, families, and corporate groups).
9. Provide expert advice on international destinations, attractions, and best travel experiences.
10. Handle flight bookings, hotel accommodations, sightseeing packages, and transportation arrangements.
11. Assist clients with visa applications, and documentation, and ensure compliance with embassy requirements.
12. Coordinate with DMCs (Destination Management Companies), airlines, and travel partners for seamless execution of trips.
