About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Sales strategy & execution:
a. Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for property sales, including residential, commercial, or luxury real estate.
b. Generate and qualify new leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
c. Provide market insights and advice to potential buyers, helping them navigate the real estate market to find properties that meet their needs.
d. Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.

2. Client relationship management:
a. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including buyers, sellers, investors, and real estate developers.
b. Act as a trusted advisor, offering tailored real estate solutions based on clients' specific requirements.
c. Regularly follow up with existing clients to encourage repeat business, referrals, and expand the client base.
d. Assist clients through the entire buying or selling process, including property selection, negotiations, and documentation.

3. Property listings & marketing:
a. Collaborate with marketing and listing teams to ensure properties are well-promoted through digital and traditional channels.
b. Conduct property viewings and presentations, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective buyers.
c. Develop and maintain knowledge of the company's current listings and new developments.
d. Stay informed about the local real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

4. Negotiation & closing:
a. Lead negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
b. Prepare offers, contracts, and necessary documentation for transactions.
c. Oversee the closing process, working with legal, finance, and title teams to ensure a smooth transaction.
d. Address any client concerns and resolve issues that may arise during the sales cycle.

5. Handing sales reporting & forecasting.
6. Handing team collaboration & mentorship.

Skill(s) required

English Proficiency (Spoken) Negotiation & Problem-solving Time Management
