Job Role: Senior Recruiter (Manufacturing Hiring)

Key Responsibilities:
Recruiter will manage the stake holders and directly will be responsible for deliverables within the TAT/SLA.
Recruiter will pitch-in in terms of role clarity, support when the sourcers call out on challenges of not getting profilesif there are difficulty working on requirement arrange for an Intake call with the business/hiring manager to get better clarity, call out on challenges and negotiate to relax on certain criteria's if required with business, market mapping etc.
Recruiter's Primary KRA is not sourcing but stake holder Management and closing the positions as per TAT, but When the positions goes out of SLAs or about to exceed the TAT should be able to and willing to get the profile through own source from portals or references or by any means of sourcing.
The requirements:
1. Should have minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing hiring with an overall Talent acquisition experience of 7 to 10 years. 2. Should be from Non-IT hiring background from industry types like FMCG/Pharma/Manufacturing, alco bev, beverages etc starting from Entry to Leadership level. 3. Should be well versed with PAN India Manufacturing hiring. 4. Should have a good understanding of manufacturing processes and job requirements, familiar with industry-specific certifications and knowledge of Labor laws and regulations would be a plus. 5. Excellent stakeholder management skill is a must, at any given point of time would be managing 10 to 15 Stakeholders ranging from Managers to VP/Business Head on their different hiring requirements. 6. Should have basic to intermediate level knowledge in excel. 7. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, complemented by data analysis, reporting & presentation capabilities, enabling effective stakeholder engagement, informed decision-making and strategic recommendations
