Senior Quantity Surveyor Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and prepare accurate cost estimates for interior projects
2. Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and contractors to understand project scope and specifications
3. Evaluate Service Agreements, identifying potential risks and opportunities
4. Prepare comprehensive bills of quantities (BOQs) and pricing schedules
5. Monitor project budgets and costs, ensuring alignment with financial plans
6. Source and compare quotations for materials, labor, and services to secure cost-effective solutions
7. Provide insights on cost-saving measures without compromising quality and functionality
8. Conduct on-site visits to assess work progress and measure quantities for valuation
9. Prepare interim valuations and final accounts, ensuring contractual compliance
10. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all quantity surveying activities
11. Keep abreast of industry trends and cost fluctuations of materials and services
12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
