Chief Mechanical Engineer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Mechanical Design: Design and development of mechanical systems and components for defense applications.
2. CAD Modeling: Creating detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) for parts, assemblies, and systems.
3. Material and Manufacturing: Material selection and manufacturing process considerations for mechanical components, ensuring compliance with performance, environmental and regulatory requirements.
4. Analysis: Conduct structural analysis using finite element analysis (FEA) tools to assess the strength, stiffness, and stability of mechanical designs.
5. Integration: Work closely with other engineering disciplines to integrate mechanical and electronic systems into overall product designs.
6. Testing and Validation: Developing and executing test plans to validate mechanical designs, including mechanical stress testing, vibration testing, and environmental testing.
7. Lead Project: Responsible of leading the project end to end.
