Senior Graphic Designer Job

Key responsibilities:-

Digital Design:
Develop visually engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
Design website graphics, banners, and user interfaces.
Create compelling visuals for email marketing campaigns.

Packaging Design:
Design innovative and eye-catching packaging that reflects the premium quality of our products.
Ensure packaging designs are consistent with brand guidelines and visually appealing.

Print Design:
Create high-quality designs for flyers, brochures, menus, and other print materials.
Prepare files for print production, ensuring accurate color reproduction and high-resolution output.

Brand Consistency:
Maintain consistency in brand identity and visual representation across all marketing channels.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to a strong brand image.

Project Management:
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines effectively.
Prioritize tasks and manage workflow efficiently.

Innovation & Research:
Stay updated with the latest design trends, software, and technologies (including AI design tools like Midjourney and DALL-E 2).
Explore and implement new design techniques to enhance creativity and efficiency.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure design alignment and achieve campaign objectives.
Incorporate feedback effectively and iterate on designs based on input.

Asset Management:
Maintain an organized library of design assets, including brand guidelines, fonts, and images.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design skills.
Excellent knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Proficient in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with digital design tools and platforms (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
Strong understanding of brand identity and visual communication.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and1 a high level of accuracy.
