Senior Executive Warehouse Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee the receipt and inspection of incoming goods, ensuring accurate documentation and quality checks.
2. Manage the storage of goods in a systematic manner, ensuring optimal space utilization.
3. Handle the dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to the required destinations.
4. Generate and manage Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) to ensure accurate record-keeping and inventory control.
5. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with inventory policies.
6. Proficiently use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and manage warehouse operations.
7. Utilize MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) for reporting, data analysis, and communication.
8. Maintain accurate records of stock levels, orders, and deliveries using relevant software and systems.
9. Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
10. Monitor and follow up on shipment schedules, ensuring compliance with delivery timelines and addressing any delays or issues.
11. Optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
