Job Description:
Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Proficiency in gathering requirements, documentation, and creating mockups.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills along with a solid technical background.
Mobile and Web Applications: Understanding of mobile and web application development.
Project Management: Experience in project management, documentation (flowcharts, SRS, BRD, FRD, DFD, use cases).
Client Handling: Ability to effectively handle client interactions.
Documentation Tools: Proficiency in writing software requirements specifications using tools like Visio, Balsamiq, MS Project, etc.
Understanding Business Needs: Analyzing and understanding business requirements.
Risk Management: Proficiency in risk analysis and management.
Gap Analysis: Ability to conduct gap analysis and outline requirements.
Sprint Planning & Execution: Responsible for sprint planning and execution.
Technological Exposure: Exposure to web and app technologies such as MEAN, PHP, iOS, React Native, Android, Blockchain, Sales Force and Flutter would be advantageous.
Blockchain Knowledge: Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals and experience working on blockchain projects.
