Key responsibilities:

1. Be a project and oversee design development, detailed engineering up to site execution
2. Work on effective communication and formal representation to clients & coordination with consultants/sub-consultants
3. Lead the development of creative and functional designs that align with client needs and firm standards
4. Get prepared, review, and issue GFC drawings on-site
5. Review tender documents & BOQs
