Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Rajkot. This is a junior-level, full-time position that requires a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and supporting overall financial operations.

Qualifications and Skills
Proficiency in managing general ledgers (Mandatory skill)
Experience with Tally ERP (Mandatory skill)
Knowledge of miracle software (Mandatory skill)
Strong account management capabilities to maintain and review financial records
Experience in handling billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely billing for services
Familiarity with Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance and filing procedures
Understanding of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) regulations and processes
Solid understanding of accounting principles

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and maintain general ledger accounts ensuring accuracy and compliance
Oversee billing processes and ensure timely and accurate invoicing
Handle GST compliance including calculation, filing, and reconciliation
Administer TDS processes ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met
Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
Ensure compliance with all internal control policies and procedures
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making
