Science Trainer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on the training of teachers and enable knowledge sharing and handholding
2. Work on content development and planning and conducting demonstrations
3. Report maintenance of MSC models
4. Encourage teachers to change pedagogy
5. Work on inculcation ownership among teachers
6. Encourage two-way communication with stakeholders
7. Work on school identification and creating MIS reports as per corporate requirement
8. Obtain permission effectively from the education officer and get a school list of government and government-aided schools
9. Emphasize making the average school into a model school
10. Work on impact assessment (analysis, program implementation, and documentation)
11. Perform other duties as assigned from time to time
12. Receive request letters from schools
13. Handle corporate s requirements
14. Work on report writing (training & implementation report)
15. Work on talent recognition and documentation (success stories)

Skills & Requirements:

1. Candidate should have completed a degree in B.Sc/M.Sc
2. Candidate completed or pursuing B.ED will be an added advantage
3. Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
4. Good oral and written communication and also good listening skills
5. Teaching experience would be preferred
6. Ability to work individually and as part of a team with high-level of integrity and work ethics
