Job Description:
Experience in Designing, Development, Administration, Configuration, Customization, and Integration of Salesforce CRM from mid to large-sized organizations
Expertise in Force.com technology stack: Apex, LWC, Lightning, Visualforce, AJAX calls, Triggers, Web Services, REST API, SOQL and SOSL
Extensive experience on Salesforce Community Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud Platforms.
Expertise in Salesforce security model, Profiles, Permission Set, OWD, Roles, and Sharing Rules.
Experience in Designing and implementing Lightning Single Page Applications and Lightning/LWC components.
Experience in defining CI and CD strategy and implementing using Git, Loom, BitBucket, Sourcetree, and Jenkins
Certified Salesforce.com developer/administrator is a plus
Financial Industry experience is a plus
Suggest architectural improvements, design and execute technical requirements.
Ability to fix and clear the bottlenecks and optimize the existing code base on a case-by-case basis.
Setup & manage Dev-Ops infrastructure
Work on analyzing the requirements in Jira, liaising with the Delivery Tech Lead for clarifications, translating the requirement into technical design, providing the optimized solution, and creating development tasks on Jira user stories
Help/mentor, guide and give directions to the development team members by continuously providing feedback for development.
Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of salesforce production org as well as deployments
Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of salesforce lower org as well as deployments
Performing code reviews and refactoring of the existing code to optimize the performance of the application, reduce technical debt, and promote reusability.
