Sales Representative (Telesales) Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Engage with customers through outbound calls to generate orders
2. Present and advocate for our products/services to potential customers
3. Identify customer needs and tailor product/service recommendations accordingly
4. Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets
5. Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and customer interactions
6. Work closely with team members to collectively achieve sales objectives
7. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques

Requirements:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
2. Customer-centric approach with adaptability to various customer personalities
3. Strong phone etiquette and attentive listening skills
4. Proficiency in multitasking, prioritization, and time management
5. Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
6. Demonstrated composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations
7. Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is advantageous
