Sales Promoter Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work to provide all the needed information on promoted products and services
2. Assist customers in finding the suitable product they are looking for
3. Work to provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers
4. Arrange merchandise to look tidy and attractive to customers
5. Work to disseminate product samples, brochures, flyers, etc.
6. Assist with engaging with customers and discovering their wants and needs
7. Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest purchase options and invite them to upcoming events
8. Work to consistently seek new product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer
9. Assist with presenting products using interactive materials such as videos, charts, slideshows, etc.
10. Submit daily sales reports through the company sales app
