About the job
Focus is B2B sales: Identify , approach , & convert potential B2B Customers (end-end) directly/through SS/distributors.

Key responsibilities:

1. Creating and maintaining a list/database of potential clients for different product offerings
2. Developing sales goals, planning, and forecasting
3. Be up-to-date with the products in the market, competitors, offerings, margins etc
4. Building business relationships with current and potential clients
5. Understanding client needs and offering our products/services accordingly, closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
6. Travel to customer locations if and when required within the country.
7. B2B Target market: offices/co-working spaces, event management companies, corporate gifting, wedding gifting, hotels , spa's , cosmetic manufacturers , lifestyle retail outlets, exports and so on

Brief product offerings:

Divine Aroma B2B aroma diffusers and aroma oils: For businesses that would like an aromatic ambience such as hotel's , spa's , offices , co-working spaces, resorts, retail outlets, ayurvedic/yoga centres etc - approach and convert directly or through distributors etc
Divine Aroma retail packaging & diffusers - Approach luxury/ lifestyle retail outlets for placement of our products.
Gifting - corporate gifting, weddings etc - approach directly/via distributors/consultants

Requirements:

1. Should be an excellent communicator, negotiator
2. Should be able to communicate well in English, Hindi, Other regional languages
3. Should be driven, result-oriented, entrepreneurial, passionate
4. Should be quick to grasp the product information, have/develop the relevant market knowledge

3. Office address: #1057, Dr Rajkumar road, 4th m block, Rajajinagar, Bengaluru 560010
4. Timings: 10AM to 6.00PM
5. Job Type: Full-time
6. Salary: 20,000- 30,000 / month (based on the interview/experience) + possible performance incentives.
7. Joining: Immediate
8. We start with a 2 week PAID trial period (with Salary)
9. First 6 months would be a probationary period.
10. 1 month notice period
11. Joining: immediate
