Role - Sales Enquiry Communication and Meeting Scheduler
Location: Noida, India (Office address can be found on the Aajneeti Advertising website)

As a Sales Enquiry Communication and Meeting Scheduler at Aajneeti Advertising, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team, handling incoming inquiries from various sources. Your primary responsibilities will involve effective communication with prospective customers, understanding their advertising needs, and scheduling meetings for our sales team. You will be the key liaison between potential clients and our dedicated sales representatives.

Key responsibilities:

Inquiry Handling:

1. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
2. Gather essential information regarding the prospective client's advertising

Customer Communication:

1. Engage in active and engaging communication with prospective clients to understand their advertising needs and objectives.
2. Provide accurate and comprehensive information about Aajneeti Advertising's advertising services, strategies, and pricing.

Meeting Scheduling:

1. Coordinate with the sales team to arrange and schedule meetings with potential clients based on their availability and preferences.
2. Efficiently manage and organize the sales team's calendar to optimize scheduling and minimize conflicts.

Follow-Up and Documentation:

1. Maintain a detailed record of all interactions, inquiries, and scheduled meetings using our CRM system.
2. Follow up with prospective clients to confirm meeting details and ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
2. Knowledge of advertising principles and terminology is a plus.
3. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
