The role involves 3 major aspects- selling products, maintaining a good relationship with customers and keeping the store presentable.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage orders placed on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook & website in a timely manner
2. Assist to alert the team members once an order is placed via WhatsApp
3. Work to ensure the workflow is managed from the point of order received to order delivery
4. Work to ensure that all complaints are dealt with in a timely manner
5. Make sure you learn everything about the material so that you can suggest the same to the clients

10. Maintain a good relationship with customers
11. Help to present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
12. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
13. Make sure all the garments and dusted, threads are removed and steamed (if needed)
14. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
15. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
16. Work to expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
17. Work to keep rotating the stocks
18. Assist with achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
19. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
20. Analyze the territory/market s potential, track sales and status reports
21. Manage supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
22. Make sure everyday flowers are kept in the reception
23. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
24. Work to continuously improve through feedback
25. Assist with keeping the store presentable
26. Make a checklist of cleaning that you need to take care of
27. Assist with vacuuming the reception, main room and trail room
