Key responsibilities:

1. Set sales goals and develop effective sales strategies to achieve targets
2. Assist the lead generation team as needed to enhance prospecting efforts
3. Provide product-related information to potential customers over calls to drive interest and conversions
4. Handle customer questions and inquiries professionally to ensure clarity and satisfaction
5. Manage the sales process using the in-house software program for accurate tracking and reporting
6. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by consistently driving sales efforts
