Sales Executive Job

Lovetobag is a luxury accessories brand known for its intricately handcrafted bags, perfumes, and embellished garments. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales through both offline and online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Targets & Strategies:
-Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
-Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
-Develop strategies to drive footfall and online engagement.

2. Store Sales & Management
-Handle day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning.
-Assist walk-in customers, understand their preferences, and provide a personalized shopping experience.
-Maintain inventory and display merchandise effectively.

3. Online Sales & Customer Engagement:
-Manage online sales via Instagram and WhatsApp, responding promptly to inquiries.
-Build strong customer relationships, assist with product selection, and close sales digitally.
-Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.

4. Communication & Reporting:
-Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, for customer interactions.
-Maintain sales reports using Excel to track targets, sales trends, and customer preferences.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Passion for fashion
